ke rumah: komitmen alih-alih pemulihan<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a86e9bd8a30db71f22909ccda3f4cc36 wp-block-paragraph\">Saat kami berada dalam fase kembalinya perjalanan riset kami ke mitra EdTech Talents, kami mungkin berasumsi bahwa masa ini akan menawarkan jeda, waktu untuk mengatur napas di tengah pusaran penemuan.\nNamun yang terjadi justru sebaliknya: sebagaimana tidur setelah berolahraga memungkinkan tubuh membangun otot, periode ini ternyata menjadi masa aktivitas yang intens, penuh dengan kesempatan untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan yang baru kami peroleh dengan komunitas lokal di berbagai tingkatan.\nPara guru, siswa, dan penerbit menyimak dengan penuh minat mengapa proyek kami &#8220;MatheArena&#8221; yang berbeda, kami tidak hanya memperluas wawasan regional kami, tetapi juga memperdalam hubungan kepercayaan kami dengan semua pihak yang terlibat.\nLebih lanjut, perbandingan dengan negara lain juga meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap jaringan lokal yang telah mapan dan dukungan mereka kepada kami.\nDengan berpartisipasi sebagai StartUp dalam proyek EdTech Talents, kami dapat memperluas jangkauan kami melampaui guru, siswa, dan penerbit serta bekerja sama dengan badan akademis dan pemerintah untuk berbagi keberhasilan kami sekaligus tantangan yang kami hadapi lintas batas. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10d35fa6301bb1de9b0889818fc81e6b wp-block-paragraph\">Presentasi dan kuliah kami (misalnya kuliah tentang &#8220;Pembelajaran Adaptif di Matematika&#8221; pada Austrian e-Education Practice Days) telah berkembang dengan menyertakan wawasan ilmiah yang lebih mendalam, visualisasi untuk menguraikan pengetahuan yang kompleks, dan segudang anekdot bersama dari pengalaman lintas budaya dan lintas generasi kami yang memikat audiens dan memicu minat terhadap kebaruan temuan kami, yang mendapatkan validitas hanya dengan disempurnakan oleh para ahli dari berbagai negara, budaya, dan pengalaman.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fccde02c796d8887d683094707cff2b7 wp-block-paragraph\">Di dalam tim kami, sinergi terasa nyata seiring dengan meningkatnya efisiensi alur kerja dan kesadaran akan pentingnya proyek berkat perhatian dan umpan balik positif dari orang-orang yang sangat berpengetahuan dari luar proyek.<br\/>Hasilnya, visi, misi, komunikasi, dan strategi pemasaran bukan lagi sekadar kata kunci, tetapi menjadi prinsip panduan yang menentukan tindakan dan keputusan kami. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0afcdc636beea0153c57db3982bc9f4e wp-block-paragraph\">Dan yang tak kalah pentingnya, persiapan sedang dilakukan untuk kolaborasi baru yang selaras dengan pekerjaan kami yang sedang berjalan.<br\/>Setiap interaksi, setiap percakapan adalah kesempatan untuk mengumpulkan perspektif, wawasan, dan tantangan yang dibahas dan dikumpulkan melalui sudut pandang baru yang ditawarkan oleh proyek EdTech Talents. <\/p>\n\n<p
